About Our Social Service
We have partnered with the Florida Department of Children and Families
Automated Community Connection to Economic Self-Sufficiency (ACCESS) at
Mendez Medical Center to provide services to our community, such as:
- Assistance to apply or renew:
- SNAP (Food Stamps).
- Medicaid.
- Medicare Savings Program.
- Temporary Cash Assistance.
How can we help?
In addition to those services, the ACCESS CENTER staff can assist you with:
- Setting up your account in www.ssa.gov
- Assistance to apply for Social Security Benefits and Medicare.
- Application and enrollment in Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
- Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) application and enrollment.
